1. Agreement

By using igaccounts.net or placing an order with IgAccounts ("IgAccounts", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or buy from us.

2. What we sell

We sell Instagram and Threads accounts — fresh, aged, phone-verified (PVA), and 2FA-secured tiers — delivered by email or through your order dashboard after payment clears. IgAccounts is an independent seller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, Instagram, or Threads.

3. Who can buy

Most major platforms' Terms of Service, including Instagram's, restrict buying, selling, or transferring accounts — nothing on this site implies platform endorsement of account trading. You must be 18 or older, or have guardian consent where local law permits it, and be legally able to enter into this agreement. You're responsible for using any account you buy in line with the destination platform's rules and the laws that apply to you.

4. Delivery and checking your order

Once an order is delivered, check the username, password, 2FA key or backup codes, and any mail access against what the listing described, and review the account's own active-sessions and connected-apps settings before relying on it for anything important. Report a mismatch within the after-sales window shown on the listing — that's far easier to resolve on day one than after the account has been in use for a while.

5. Payments

Prices shown at checkout are due in full before delivery starts. Failed, reversed, or disputed payments can pause or cancel an order until resolved.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use accounts bought here for spam, bulk automation that breaks a platform's own rules, coordinated manipulation, or any activity the destination platform's terms prohibit. Match how you use an account to the type you bought — a fresh account is not sold or warrantied as a substitute for an aged or phone-verified one.

7. Limitations

• Account age, phone verification, or a working 2FA key do not guarantee ad approval, payment binding, search visibility, or that the platform won't request further verification later.
• Login tokens, cookies, and session data can be invalidated at any time by a password change, a session revocation, or a platform-side security check — including ones you trigger yourself.
• Prices and stock change with registration age, verification status, and market supply; the live listing is the source of truth, not a figure quoted elsewhere.

8. Liability

We're not liable for indirect losses, or for actions a destination platform takes on an account after delivery. For any single order, our maximum liability is the amount you paid for that order.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised version. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
